We sincerely appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please let us know if there is something that we can do to remedy a concern that you have with one of our items.
We stand behind our products 100% and offer an unconditional return within 7 days of receipt (you don’t need to return it within 7 days, but you do need to contact us within 7 days to request a return/exchange)
* Items must be unused and undamaged. Shipping cost & paypal fees will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Please make sure that the Item is properly packaged in its original packing and you use the correct address and appropriate shipping methods for return shipping. We can not be held responsible for items damaged or lost in shipping.
Once a return has been authorized you will receive instructions for how to return your order. Items not mailed back within 7 days of a confirmed return authorization are subject to a 25% restocking fee and in some instances may be refused at our discretion (for example, if you mail your return back 6 months later).
If we made a mistake or you received an item you believe to be defective, please contact us immediately with photographs of what you received and a description of the issue. If we concur, we will work with you to remedy the issue.
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of an order being placed and before the order has been shipped (in some instances we ship orders in less than 24 hours). If we did not see your cancellation request before shipping the order then the cancellation is not valid and the order will need to be returned as per above.
